Refund Policy

This policy covers purchases from The Planner's Bench, a trade name of Walker United Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company. It is part of our Terms of Service. To ask about a refund or a replacement file, email hello@plannersbench.com from the address you used to buy, with your order number and a short note on what went wrong. We reply within 2 business days.

1. Template packs and other digital downloads

This covers the Full Planner's Template Pack and the Mechanical and I&E PM Template Packs.

Our template packs are digital files. Once you have downloaded a product, that sale is final and we do not offer a refund, except when a file is broken or corrupted. In that case we will replace the file or refund you.

If you have not downloaded anything yet and you change your mind, email us and we will refund you.

We also refund a duplicate purchase made by mistake.

3. Buyers in the EU and UK

You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once you agree to get the files right away and start downloading them. If you cancel before you start downloading, we refund you in full.

4. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, including any tax you paid. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually 5 to 10 business days. Once refunded, your access and your license to use the files end, so please delete your copies. Any certificate issued for a refunded course becomes void.

Our checkout is run by Stripe, and for some digital products the sale goes through Link, a Stripe service. You can also ask Link support about a refund at support.link.com. Link may handle some refund requests directly.

5. Before you dispute a charge

Please email us first. We can usually replace a broken file or refund you faster than a card dispute can.

6. Your rights under law

Nothing in this policy limits a refund right you have under the law where you live.
